CAPITAL CREDITS
Hereby take notice that all former patrons of Charles Mix Electric Association, Inc., as shown by the following list of individuals, are hereby notified that the capital credits to which they are entitled for the year 2014 shall be forfeited pursuant to SDCL 47-16-55 through SDCL 47-16-57 unless said capital credits are claimed and proper evidence of ownership is submitted to Charles Mix Electric Association, Inc., PO Box 10, Lake Andes, SD 57356 within six (6) months after October 1, 2020
