YOU WILL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the South Dakota Department of Social Services has notified the State of South Dakota, by and through the Davison County State’s Attorney’s Office, that it has determined that it may recommend termination of your parental rights at the Dispositional Hearing scheduled for April 24, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. on the second floor courtroom at the Davison County Public Safety Center, Mitchell, Davison County, South Dakota.
This is intended as Notice of Intent to Terminate Parental Rights as required by the Judge presiding over juvenile matters in Davison County, South Dakota.
