The Ethan School board met in special session at the Ethan School in Ethan SD, on Tuesday, September 29th, 2020. President A. Storm called the meeting to order at 6:29 p.m. with the following members present: M. Klumb, J. Clendening, P. Vogel, S. Jerke, Supt. T. Hawkins, H.S. Principal B. Roth, Bus. Mgr. M. Beyer. The meeting began with Storm leading all with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Adopt Agenda
Motion by Jerke and seconded by Vogel to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried with all members present voting aye.
Motion by Klumb and seconded by Clendening to approve the recommendations for temporary exclusion from a school setting on plans and procedures on topic of "close contacts".
Motion by Jerke and seconded by Klumb to enter Executive Session at 7:02PM to discuss personal matters. Motion Carried with all members present voting aye.
President Storm declared the board adjourned from Executive Session at 7:11PM.
Motion by Vogel & seconded by Jerke to Adjourn meeting at 7:13 PM.
