Reissuance of an Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit
The City of Mitchell Industrial Pretreatment Program is reissuing the Industrial Wastewater Discharge Permit to the following:
Quality Wood Design, Inc. 1100 West Spruce Mitchell, SD 57301
Any interested person, including, but not limited to the User, may petition the Superintendent to reconsider the terms of this Permit within 30 days prior to the issuance of the Permit. In its petition, the appealing party must indicate the wastewater discharge permit provisions objected to, the reasons for the objections, and the alternative condition, if any, it seeks to place in the Permit.
