Notice to Bidders
Charles Mix County Board of Commissioners will receive sealed bid for a, 2014 140M2 AWD CAT Motor Grader with Falls Snow Wing - Front Lift not included - with approximately 5600 hours, in the Charles Mix County Commissioners room at the County Courthouse, Lake Andes, South Dakota to be opened at 11:00 am on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Any bids received after 11:00 am will be returned unopened.
The Charles Mix County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein and reserves the right to award the contact to the highest responsible bidder as they so determine.
All bids are to be mailed to the Charles Mix County Auditor, Box 490, Lake Andes, South Dakota 57356 and marked on the outside of a plain envelope stating that it is a "Bid for Motor Grader".
