The work is to be completed in phases allowing ongoing operation of the hospital. A clinic and nursing home are attached and must also remain fully operational will be received by Bennett County Hospital and Nursing Home in care of Skyline Engineering at the front reception desk of Skyline Engineering located at 615 12th St, Rapid City, SD 57701 before or by 2:00 P.M., (Mountain Standard Time - Daylight Savings Time) Wednesday, March 22, 2023, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
