Foster Street bridge is now a single-lane road. How long will it be reduced travel?

MITCHELL — The South Foster Street bridge has been set to a single-lane road while it is under construction.

The east lane will undergo epoxy chip-seal work, while drivers use the west lane. After work in the east lane is complete, construction will flip sides, and drivers will use the east lane while construction begins on the west lane.

The construction is scheduled to last until Aug. 1.

A stoplight has been erected to direct traffic for the duration of the project.
