YOUTH'S ART TO APPEAR ON I-90 BILLBOARD: Teresa Schroeder, a fourth-grader at Plankinton School, was chosen as the 2018 state winner of the Work Zone Awareness Billboard contest. Fourth-grade classes across South Dakota were invited to participate in this annual contest. The Associated General Contractors of South Dakota is in its sixth year of sponsoring this billboard poster contest to raise awareness of the importance of being safe while driving through construction zones. Schroeder's artwork will be featured on a billboard at mile marker 350 along Interstate 90. The colorful poster will be installed by June 4th and will be on display for one month.
