Reimnitz purchased land located south of the county's Public Safety Center -- site of the old Methodist Hospital complex -- for $90,000 at the auction. Construction workers place the roof on the first floor at the Edgerton Place apartments on South Edgerton Street behind County Fair Food Store. The apartments are being built in two phases. Currently in the first phase of construction, the apartment will have 65 units units, which will rent for between $610 to $800 a month. The building is scheduled to be completed in February 2014.
