DWU women’s golf eliminated from NAIA tournament

LINCOLN, Neb. — The Dakota Wesleyan University women’s golf team’s season ended at the NAIA Women’s National Golf Championships in Lincoln, Neb.

The Tigers finished the day in the 19th place with a three-round score of 993. The top 17 team qualified for the final round today at the Wilderness Ridge Golf Course.

DWU was just four strokes behind St. Andrews University for 17th.

Lauren Fitts led the Tigers with a three-round score of 245, good for a 60th-place finish.
