After Saturday's game against University of Wisconsin-Stout, Bane went to the hospital to receive fluids after suffering from heat exhaustion, said Cimpl.

Cimpl said Bane was at Tuesday's practice doing drill work but wasn't able to fully participate.

"He didn't practice (Tuesday) as a precaution," Cimpl said. " ... As far as I know, he's a full go. He'll be limited a little bit in (today's practice)."

Against Stout, Bane completed 21 of 42 passes for 257 yards and three touchdowns.

This week's Great Plains Athletic Conference game against Briar Cliff is scheduled for 1 p.m. at the DakotaDome in Vermillion.

Bane missed last year's contest against Briar Cliff because of a concussion.
