Sioux Falls man charged with stealing from Salem repair shop

SALEM — A Sioux Falls man was charged with stealing borrowed property from a Salem repair shop.

Great Zachery Nisich, 23, was charged with grand theft of more than $5,000 and less than $100,000.

According to court documents on Nov.3, Nisich allegedly failed to return a Gehl 7810 Skid Loader valued at $20,000. The Gehl 7810 Skid Loader was property leased from Puthoff Repair in Salem.

Grand theft of more than $5,000 and less than $100,000 is a Class 4 felony, punishable upon conviction by up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
