Schmeckfest hostess Monica Clem, of Freeman, hustles back to the waiting guests fill a table during dinner at the festival in Freeman. Clem is one of the 350 volunteers it takes to feed and entertain guest to the yearly festival according to Nathan Epp, president of the Freeman Academy Auxiliary. The 56th annual dinner served approximately 3,700 guests with 1,050 guest eating on the final day, Epp said.4 / 5
