Authorities respond to a semi rollover Friday morning near Lake Andes. According to the South Dakota Highway Patrol, the semi was hauling grain and heading southbound on 382nd Avenue, near 287th Street, or about four miles north of Lake Andes, when the driver, 64-year-old Delbert Delmar Parshall, of O'Neill, Neb., lost control, causing the semi to stray into the west ditch and roll. Parshall, who told authorities he was reaching for something inside his vehicle when the accident occurred, was wearing his seat belt and was not injured. No citations were issued as a result of the crash. (Submitted photo)
