Mitchell man allowed out on furlough
A Mitchell man was granted a furlough until his next court date after violating his probation.
Jesse White Bull, 27, is accused of violating the terms of his probation on a burglary conviction in 2011.
White Bull was convicted of disorderly conduct in November 2012 and issued a citation for burglary/breaking and entering this month. A Mitchell police report also reportedly showed he was intoxicated this month in Mitchell. He has also failed to pay back court costs and fines. These are all violations of his probation.
Judge Tim Bjorkman granted the furlough to allow White Bull the opportunity to set up a payment plan, visit with his probation officer and be released on a personal recognizance bond.
