Suspect arrested in homicide in Yankton

YANKTON (AP) — Authorities have arrested a suspect in a homicide investigation in Yankton.

Police on Friday morning announced a search for 28-year-old Joshua Hudson, who they said should be considered armed and dangerous and was believed to be in the Sioux City, Iowa, area, where he has relatives.

Yankton Police Chief Brian Paulsen issued a statement a short time later saying Hudson was in custody.

Paulsen gave no details about the arrest, or about the killing that happened about 7:30 a.m. Friday. The victim's identity has not been released.
