A Mitchell man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to intentionally burning a house.
Robert Pomani, 32, entered his plea during court at the Davison County Public Safety Center.
He is charged with two counts of reckless burning or exploding for the fire that destroyed a house in October in Mitchell.
