Brule Co. man indicted for possessing drugs to distribute to minor

BRULE COUNTY — A Brule County man has been indicted by a grand jury for possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute it to a minor.

Isaiah Harrison, 26, was indicted by a Brule County grand jury on Feb. 1 for possessing tramadol on Jan. 25 with intent to distribute it to a minor, a Class 4 felony, according to court documents.

Class 4 felonies are punishable upon conviction by up to 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
