Gas meter cracked at Iverson Chrysler

Crews with Northwestern Energy were at Mitchell's Iverson Chrysler for more than two hours repairing a gas meter that was struck by a vehicle.

According to Northwestern spokesman Tom Glanzer, a person was moving snow with their vehicle at approximately 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and bumped into the meter, cracking it. To repair the crack, the gas and heat were shut off to the Iverson Chrysler building until repairs were complete, Glanzer said.

There were no injuries.
