Area students part of USD spring theater production

Two local students were part of the cast for the University of South Dakota Department of Theatre's production of the ancient Korean folktale "Mirror Princess Pyung-gang" by Euni Choi.

Emily Grode and Reid Determan, both of Mitchell, were two of the scene changers. "Mirror Princess Pyung-gang" is a nontraditional musical sung a cappella. Actors also use their voices and bodies in imaginative ways that lead to distinctive story-telling. It was presented March 20-24 in the Arena Theatre of the Warren M.
