PIERRE — South Dakota’s subsidy of 20 cents per gallon for ethanol producers would be expanded to cover biobutanol producers too, under legislation that received final approval Tuesday from the state House of Representatives.

Leo Raymond Vaughn, 77, Redfield, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at his home in Redfield. Funeral services were held on May 21 at the United Methodist Church in Redfield with Reverend Stephen Perry officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery in Redfield.
Lorraine M. Anderson, 96, Redfield, died Saturday, July 18, 2009, at Eastern Star Home, Redfield.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, Redfield, with the Rev. Eldon Reich officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home, Aberdeen.
