He was born on Sept. 6, 1933.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Basham Funeral Chapel, Woonsocket,
Pastor Bill is survived by his dearly special friend, Mandy Schulz, Woonsocket; his youngest brother, Thomas Miller, Beaver, W.Va.; his three children: Eric Miller, Incline Village, Nev.; Anita Miller (Fulghum) Blackwell, Traveler’s Rest, S.C.; and DeAnne Miller Grove, Chesapeake, Va.; and his seven grandchildren: RaeLynn Miller, Davis Miller, Alexandra Fulghum, William Buckley Fulghum, Vowan Blackwell, Claire Blackwell and Jacob Grove.
