She was born on May 6, 1917.
Funeral services were held March 6, 2013, at Llano Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, Amarillo.
She was born in Baker Township to Fred and Ruth Breer.
She was a graduate of Dakota Wesleyan University, Mitchell.
Phyllis worked as a secretary for Gulf Oil, where she retired.
She then had a home secretarial business and took minutes for Amarillo Independent School District.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother and will be truly missed.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Allard; and a brother, Howard Breer.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Carol Gray Orr and husband David; a brother, Bob Breer; stepdaughters; Clydeen Ramsey and husband Jess; and Josie Wiltzious and husband John; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
