Darrell Hoefert, Hartford

Darrell Arthur Hoefert, 72, Hartford, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at Golden Living Alzheimer’s Unit, Madison.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Plankinton. Private family burial will be in Mizpah Cemetery, Plankinton.

There will be a 6 p.m. prayer service Thursday at Miller Funeral Chapel, Hartford, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Joyce M. Hoefert, Hartford; a daughter, Jodi Kelly, Edina, Minn.; two sons: Brett Hoefert, Hartford; and Wade Hoefert, De Smet; a sister, Laura Lee Mayclin, Plankinton; a sisterin-law, Joyce R. Hoefert, Hartford; and five grandchildren.
