Tom Varilek, 53, Ankey, Iowa, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2013, at Mercy Hospice, Johnston, Iowa.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Leo Catholic Church, Tyndall. Burial will be in St. Leo Catholic Cemetery, Tyndall.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at Goglin Funeral Home, Tyndall. There will be a 7 p.m. wake service Friday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
