James R. Fowkes, 97, Sioux City, Iowa, formerly of Scotland, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013 at a Sioux City hospital.

James R. Fowkes, 97, Sioux City, Iowa, formerly of Scotland, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013 at a Sioux City hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Goglin Funeral Home, Scotland. Burial will be in the mausoleum in Rosehill Cemetery, Scotland, with military graveside honors conducted by Paul Grosshuesch VFW Post 2966, Scotland.

There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service at the funeral home.
