Reynold Frances “Tipi Sapa, Black Tent” Howe, 81, Fort Thompson, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012, at Sanford USD Medical Center, Sioux Falls.
He was born on July 13, 1931.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Hickey Funeral Chapel, Chamberlain. Burial will be in Christ Episcopal Cemetery, Fort Thompson.
Wake services will begin at 7 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.
