Delores “Dee Dee” Hay, 64, Herrick, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, at Mercy Hospital, Des Moines, Iowa.
She was born on June 27, 1947.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Grace Lutheran Church, Burke. Burial will be in Herrick Cemetery, Herrick. There will be a 7:30 p.m. prayer service at the church.
Visitation will be one hour prior to both services at the church.
