Jeremy Johnsen, 29, of Redfield, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in Ipswich.
Jeremy Johnsen, 29, of Redfield, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at the Golden Living Center in Ipswich.
He was born Aug. 6, 1982.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Redfield. The Rev. Tim Fugman will officiate.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Monday at Thelen Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 p.m. and the family present at 5 p.m.
Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
