Peter M. Tschetter, 89, rural Bridgewater, died Monday, Nov. 30, 2009, at home.
Peter M. Tschetter, 89, rural Bridgewater, died Monday, Nov. 30, 2009, at home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Neu Hutterthal Mennonite Church, rural Bridgewater. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at Walter’s Funeral Home, Freeman, with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m.
He was born on Nov. 3, 1920.
On Jan 26, 1947, he married Anna Pullman.
They farmed until 1973, when he retired.
He is survived by his wife, a son, Robert, Bridgewater; a daughter, VeAnna Berg and husband Roger, Marshall, Minn.; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, a sister, Susie Wollman, Bridgewater; and two sistersin-law: Mary Ovre, Canton; and Margie Pullman, Wolsey.
