Dianne Hanssen, Lennox

Dianne Lynn Hanssen, 49, Lennox, died Sunday, July 19, 2009, at Lennox Good Samaritan Center, Lennox, of cancer.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today at Lennox Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, Lennox, with the Rev. David Young officiating. Burial will be in Lennox Cemetery, Lennox.
Arrangements are under the direction of Dindot-Klusmann Funeral Home, Lennox.

She was born on April 18, 1960, in Mitchell to Calvin Verl and Geraldine (Nelsen) Hanssen.

She grew up and attended school in Emery, graduating from Emery High School in 1978.

She had been married to Ernie Thompson.

She lived in Sioux Falls and moved to Lennox in 2002.

She was employed at Wells Fargo Rural Crop Insurance Service.

She was a member of Lennox Ebenezer Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her father, Emery; her siblings: Sharon Crider and husband Phillip, Sioux Falls; Joyce Olson and husband Bruce; Barb Buse and husband Gary, and Ron Hanssen and wife Deb, all of Lennox; and Richard Hanssen, Emery; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother.
