He was born on April 25, 1967, at Pierre to Virgil and Virginia (Spencer) Heuer.
He is survived by his mother, four sisters: Sindy Dickey and husband Rex, Emmons, Minn.; Bernadine Sheppard; and Lori Carpenter and husband Steve, all of Fort Pierre; and Vicky Pittman and husband Bruce, Independence, Mo.; three brothers: Virgil and Timothy, both of Midland; and Lonnie and wife Cecilia, Lanze, Italy; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
