Alice A. Hinken, 90, Herrick, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at Community Memorial Hospital, Burke.Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Clausen Funeral Home, Burke. Burial will in Graceland Cemetery, Burke.
Alice A. Hinken, 90, Herrick, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2009, at Community Memorial Hospital, Burke.

She was born on May 9, 1918, in Belvidere to August and Andrea (Peterson) Cacek.
She married Linley Hinken.
She was an LPN at the Burke Hospital for many years.
She taught Sunday School at Burke Baptist Church. She was also a past member of the Union Baptist Church in Burke, Eastern Star and American Legion and VFW auxiliaries.
She is survived by her husband, Winner Nursing Home; one daughter, Mary Louise Norlander and husband Harold; three grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, one brother, Elvin Cacek and wife Rachel; and many nieces and nephews.
