Construction workers lay shingles on the roof of the new addition to the Avera Brady Health and Rehab in Mitchell. The new expansion will add 17,000 square feet to the facility, increasing the number of single rooms at the facility from 16 to 68. Tuesday’s high temperature was 32 degrees, according to National Weather Service reports. Today’s forecast calls for sunny skies and a high near 27 degrees.
