Inside the capsule were several newspapers, coins, a ring and a military ball ticket, among other things. The downtown building, which most recently served as part of the former Muth Electric headquarters until Muth constructed a new building in northern Mitchell, is being demolished. The other, newer portion of the former Muth headquarters will remain standing.
