Students brought a variety of objects found in nature to the Longfellow Elementary School Library earlier this month after librarian Carolyn Sivik read a book titled “Anna’s Table,” about a young girl who uses the power of observation to collect things from nature. Some of the more interesting things students found included wasp nests, bones, snake skins and a coyote skull. Fifth-grader Tanner Eldeen brought in the coyote skull pictured here.
