An SUV sits on its roof after its driver, Jeffery McCoy, 29, of Rapid City, lost control due to the slippery road conditions while heading west on Interstate 90 near mile marker 310 around 9 a.m. Monday. The vehicle swerved into the ditch and rolled on to its roof. McCoy and two passengers were able to exit the vehicle uninjured. The South Dakota Highway Patrol responded to the incident.
