SD teen pleads not guilty in fatal traffic crash

A vehicle driven by 19-year-old Charg Hebb, of Lantry, collided head-on with another vehicle on a Ziebach County road last October. A passenger in Hebb's vehicle, Arleigh McLellan, was killed.
