Ethanol helping Brazilian sugar makers

SAO PAULO — Raizen, Royal Dutch Shell Plc’s sugar venture with Cosan Industria & Comercio, is among producers set to profit from funneling more of a record cane crop into ethanol as a government measure bolsters demand.
