PUC’s grain reforms find broad support

PIERRE — Lobbyists for grain elevators, agricultural cooperatives and South Dakota Farmers Union gave their support Thursday to reforms sought by the state Public Utilities Commission for grain-buying and grain-warehouse regulations.
