Clinton, Carter join Obama inaugural gathering

WASHINGTON (AP) — Former presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter joined lawmakers and other dignitaries at the Capitol for President Barack Obama's ceremonial swearing-in Monday to a second term.
