Marty suspect pleads not guilty to 2nd-degree murder

Dancing Bull Fischer made an appearance Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Sioux Falls after being indicted for allegedly killing 47-year-old Tony Fischer Sr. with an assault rifle on Nov. 27 at a trailer home near Marty on Yankton Sioux tribal land.
