Mitchell man gets probation in purse-snatching case

Charles Hart, 29, was arrested in September for allegedly driving his 22-year-old brother, Jeremiah Hart of Huron, to and from the area near a parking lot east of Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell, where Jeremiah Hart allegedly stole a woman’s purse.
