Storm dumps snow on SD, Minn., Wis.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The heaviest snowstorm to hit the region in two winters dumped heavy snow across a broad belt of Minnesota including the Twin Cities area Sunday, as well as parts of western Wisconsin.
