Plowing of emergency routes continues in Mitchell; east-west plowing to begin Monday morning

No parking is allowed on emergency snow routes until the storm is over. Plowing of these routes will continue throughout Sunday evening and Monday morning. Plowing of east-west streets will begin at 7 a.m. Monday.
