Capital funds to be created as Mitchell moves ahead on major projects

The city will take another step on work on its four major projects tonight, when the Mitchell City Council will consider authorizing Finance Officer Marilyn Wilson to create capital funds for the Mitchell Public Library renovation project and the Mitchell Activities Center addition project.
