SD looks to lure dairy farmers from Wisconsin

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (AP) — Thirsty for milk, and the money that comes with it, South Dakota has ramped up efforts to recruit dairy farmers from other states and countries, including England, Ireland and The Netherlands.
