Daugaard to speak at 114th welcome home ceremony

SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Gov. Dennis Daugaard and Adjutant General Maj. Gen. Tim Reisch will speak in Sioux Falls Monday at a welcome home ceremony for security force members of the South Dakota Air National Guard's 114th Fighter Wing.
