RR board votes to sell all or parts of Napa-Platte line to new investors

PIERRE — After a letter from the governor was delivered midway through their meeting, South Dakota Railroad Board members decided Wednesday to end a years-old deadlock over 80 miles of state-owned tracks between Napa Junction and Platte that haven’t been in service since the 1980s.
