Medicare one of the clearest rifts between House hopefuls

Noem said she supports a proposal by Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan, that calls for leaving the program as it is for people 55 and older, and creating a voucher system to “empower” people to purchase health care, as well as providing an option to stay on the current program.
